[ 01 ] KESHER — CONNECTION

The everyday work of
loving another person.

Rabbi Nissan Omid Ahoobim is a relationship teacher, marriage coach, and Torah educator. His work centres on the practical, unglamorous art of building a real marriage and a thinking Jewish life — through learning, honest conversation, and a rabbi who will actually stay in it with you.

[ 02 ] THREE WAYS TO BEGIN

Wherever you are in the story, there is a way in.

Stage A

Preparing

For couples on the threshold of marriage — pre-wedding conversations that reach past logistics into the architecture of a shared life.

Stage B

Strengthening

For couples already in it — recalibrating, softening the hard edges, and rediscovering the friendship underneath the routine.

Stage C

Torah & Community

For men, women, and families seeking a grounded, thinking Jewish life — one-on-one learning, chevruta, and community teaching.

[ 03 ] THE FOUR MOVEMENTS

A framework for the everyday work of connection.

These four movements run underneath every conversation Rabbi Nissan has — with a new couple, a struggling marriage, or a room full of students on a Tuesday night.

I.

Presence

Quieting the noise long enough to actually see the person in front of you.

II.

Honesty

Saying the true thing — kindly, and without flinching.

III.

Repair

The daily discipline of returning after rupture, small or large.

IV.

Continuity

Building a home whose warmth outlasts any single conversation.

[ 04 ] WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

Not a program. Not a course. A relationship — with a rabbi who will actually pick up the phone, ask the harder question, and stay in it with you.

Nissan works with men, women, couples, and families across the arc of Jewish life — from a first serious conversation, through the long practice of building a home together.

"The class was great."

The content was high-level information that made a lot of sense, but isn't common knowledge to the average man who is dating seriously. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to refine their skills as a future husband. If you want a happy wife to have a happy life, take the course.

"We learned about identifying our values, understanding what it takes to have a happy marriage and what to expect out of marriage."

For men it's tough to understand a woman's point of view and what her needs are. The classes taught us what women want out of their husbands and the best ways to communicate with them. We go over important questions to ask our future wives to get to know them on a deeper level before marriage. We also dive into the type of men we are, what we are attracted to, and what kind of woman we should marry to ensure a healthy match.

"Rabbi Ahoobim's Marriage Minded course is fantastic."

Being a part of it has really opened my eyes to things I've never learned before. I highly recommend this course to anyone who's about to get married, about to propose, or in a serious relationship. The course will really help you succeed.

I loved that we met with you before we were even engaged to establish a meaningful intention for our relationship. Your guidance, based on our Jewish values, helped us build a strong foundation as we entered engagement. You taught us important values and roles for husband and wife — honoring and respecting one another, prioritizing each other among the highs and lows of life, and helped us determine what's actually important to focus on in a marriage. A lot of the issues I worried about while dating aren't what I see anymore. I'm very grateful we met you, Nissan.

"Rabbi Nissan saved our marriage before it even began."

He offered a calm, logical, and sympathetic perspective that allowed us to really see one another. His kindness and generosity has endured from the first time we met him, and far beyond.

One of the best investments I've made in myself. I left with practical tools, a stronger foundation for marriage, and a community of men who genuinely want to grow. I highly recommend it.

[ 06 ] WEDDING OFFICIATION
"The wedding is an hour; the marriage is a lifetime. We prepare for both with equal reverence."

A natural extension of the coaching work — warm, personal ceremonies rooted in Torah, with the halachic depth couples want and the human presence their families feel. Every wedding is preceded by real conversation, not a checklist.

"Rabbi Ahoobim is truly one of a kind."

He is charismatic, engaging, and brings such incredible warmth and positive energy to every interaction. From the moment we met him, he made us feel comfortable, supported, and excited throughout the entire marriage process.

Our wedding ceremony was absolutely beautiful because of Rabbi Ahoobim. He made it meaningful, personal, and full of joy while also keeping our guests engaged and entertained. He struck the perfect balance between tradition, heartfelt emotion, and celebration, making our special day unforgettable.

Beyond the wedding itself, his marriage classes are thoughtful, insightful, and practical. They gave us valuable tools to build a strong foundation for our marriage. We are looking forward to continuing to attend his classes and growing together as partners.

We feel incredibly blessed to have met Rabbi Ahoobim and recommend him to any couple preparing for marriage. Thank you for making one of the most important days of our lives so special. You are truly the best and we are forever grateful!

Fast forward to our wedding day — all the knowledge and preparation were worth it. He ensured we got married with the tools for a successful and happy marriage, and for that we are grateful.

We are now happily married for two years.

"Rabbi Ahoobim's willingness to actually get to know both of us and only then officiate our wedding was different from anything else we'd seen."

I consider him a mentor and older brother who shares valuable personal experiences and great insight from the Torah in regard to marriage.
